A lovely area with a fantastic pool and a typical Spanish house. Very nice host, all worked perfectly and the cava was in the fridge ready for you to enjoy. It was hot while we were here and we had a baby with us, so the air-con was important and it see more

Its three spacious bedrooms and capacity for 6 people make it the ideal villa for a family or friends' holiday. Relax on the majestic terrace with views of the Mediterranean Sea and the beautiful Sierra de Tramuntana, next to its beautiful pool. If you want a day at the beach, the beautiful Portals Nous Beach is only 500 metres away. Tourist licence number: ETV60/12748.

The house is located in the lively area of Portals Nous, and is surrounded by bars, shops and restaurants. The spectacular Bendinat Golf Course is only 1 km away. The city of Palma and the airport are only 15 minutes' drive from the villa.
Without a doubt, Villa Maria Portals Nous by Priority is a fantastic option for a perfect holiday. Please note that the owner lives on the first floor, is lovely and very respectful. This property only accepts FAMILIES or COUPLES who want tranquility, no groups of young people!
Rules:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, and failure to comply with this rule will result in a penalty.
- Please keep the interior of the villa clean and tidy.
- Guests will be required to take care of the waste generated during their stay, depositing it in the designated containers or collection points before the end of their stay.
- Air conditioning and heating should be used responsibly, turning them off when not in the villa.
- Any excessive noise, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited! In the event of complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or disturbing behaviour by any member of your group, the owner has the right to evict the client and all guests from the apartment, regardless of the time of day or night, without any refund of the amount already paid for the booking, and also keeping the deposit.
Booking Conditions:
- Visitors must pay a mandatory deposit of €500.00 before arrival, which will be refunded upon departure.
- Tourist Tax: €2.2/adult/night to be paid in cash upon arrival.
'Covid-free': This accommodation follows all professional cleaning and prevention protocols to make your stay as comfortable and safe as possible; The entire establishment is private and you will not have direct contact with any person during your stay, as it does not have common areas.
