The location was spot on - right near the beach and an easy walk to restaurants and shops. Fermin at the office was informative and helpful and the key pick up went without a hitch. The pool area was lovely, the house was really great and very well esee more

The pool area was lovely, the house was really great and very well equipped. There was plenty of hot water for daily showers even for a party of 7 adults. We totally enjoyed our stay. Hopefully we will be back next year! Thank you!

A bigger kettle would have been great - but we are English and drink loads of tea and coffee. We also realise that kettles are hardly used by other nationalities.

This community stands out for its great location, as it is only 2 minutes walking from the beach of Calafell. In addition, the community has two swimming pools surrounded by natural grass, which creates a very familiar and relaxing atmosphere.
The house has 3 bedrooms, a living room with access to the private garden, a private garage and a small playroom for children. In the garden there is also a barbecue and terrace furniture, ideal for enjoying all kinds of meals.
Thanks to its convenient location, shops and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away. This house shines with comfort and privacy all year round.

For stays longer than 28 nights, expenses (electricity, water, gas) are not included in the price.
1. To guarantee compliance with current regulations on citizen security, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, and may request the image of their ID and/or selfie from the tourist. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. For these purposes, the necessary measures will be adopted to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.
2 . DISPOSAL OF MANDATORY GARBAGE Upon leaving the house, if leftovers of food/drinks or any other type of waste are left, a penalty of €200 will be charged from the deposit.
3. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Any damage caused to the furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
4. Tourist tax 1.10eur per person, maximum 7 days, applies to people over 16 years of age. (Law 5/2012, of March 20 of the Parliament of Catalonia)
5. Passport or travel document details will be required from all guests upon arrival.
6. The deposit will be blocked on the credit card at the time of delivery of the keys and will be released 7 days after departure if the house has not suffered any damage)
7. For long stays of more than 28 days, supply costs are not included.
8. Key collection: c/ Vilamar 88A, Calafell, Beach Front Apartment Agency. Arrivals after 21:00h. and Check-ins that end after 21:00h will have a supplement of €50.
