Wundervolle Unterkunft. Wir waren zu fünft (3Kinder) und der Pool sowie das Haus haben ausreichend Platz geboten!!Die Einfahrt in die Garage ist für einen großen SUV, wie wir hatten etwas sehr eng, aber wir haben etwas abseits an der Straße geparkt usee more

Wir waren zu fünft (3Kinder) und der Pool sowie das Haus haben ausreichend Platz geboten!!Die Einfahrt in die Garage ist für einen großen SUV, wie wir hatten etwas sehr eng, aber wir haben etwas abseits an der Straße geparkt und konnten den Parkkeller, dann super zum spielen (Tischtennis, Dart usw.) nutzen. Alles was man braucht, ist vorhanden und noch mehr! Können wir wirklich nur weiterempfehlen :)

La casa está muy bien. Espaciosa, limpia, con muy buenas instalaciones (aire acondicionado, piscina, mesa de Ping-pong, garaje, bbq, etc).El menaje de cocina está aceptable (ni mucho, ni poco para 5 pax que estuvimos)Lo único malo. Está ubicada en unsee more
La casa está muy bien. Está ubicada en una calle que es entrada de una carretera al pueblo de Muro . Esto hace que por la noche para dormir, si te molesta el ruido, sea molesto.

Our recent 10 day break for 5, grandparents, son, daughter in law and granddaughter was very good. The standard of decoration and internal furnishings were excellent and roomy. The pool was enjoyed very much by all. Garage parking was handy and convenient, although challenging due to the slope and width of the entrance. Everything about the villa was very clean and we spent most days lazing and swimming in the pool. The villa is quiet (apart from the occasional barking dog) and not overlooked. The lovely beaches are about 20 mins by car and we favoured restaurants in Alcudia (they were difficult to find in Muro), which were about the same distance. We did use the BBQ several times although it could do with a better grilling frame. Small shops within walking distance but car recommended for a supermarket.Had a bird trapped in the downstairs extractor vent which was safely removed by the maintenance guy, who was extremely quick and very friendly. He even arranged a couple of extra hours to our departure time to match our flight home.

The lower bathroom has a little mould by the shower tray and could usefully be bigger. There is an abundance of glasses but only a few mugs for coffee and little plastic to use by the pool.An arrival book with instructions on how to use utilities, wi-fi code, recycling etc... in English. Beautiful and well-maintained house in the centre of Muro.
If you are looking for accommodation to spend a pleasant holiday with your family and friends, you will find the comfort and charm you are looking for in Capavila.
Capacity for 6 people.
The house is divided into two floors.
On the ground floor you will find the living-dining room, a kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes during your holiday and a bathroom with shower. From the kitchen you can access the spacious breakfast terrace.
On the first floor there are the bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and one with two single beds, and two bathrooms with bathtub.
Outside you can spend pleasant moments reading a book or having a drink in good company. On the large outdoor barbecue you can prepare delicious meals for a cosy barbecue evening.
You can cool off in the 6x3 metre pool, which has sun loungers ready for you.
The house is fully air-conditioned. There is also a garage with space for 2 cars, which can be used.
IMPORTANT:
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge this, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Optional central heating 15€ X day
- Electric cars plugged into the mains 100€ per week.
- Parties are not allowed.
