the location was brilliant , in the middle of everything ,bars and restaurants. the two apartments we hired (3&4) were great . you need to be fairly fit to navigate the stairwell but once you get to the top the rooftop terraces in apartment 4 weresee more

A very special appartment very close to the center, Placa Major. Be prepared for exercise going up and down the stairs. In good wheather, the terrasses are awesome. Priority Villas people are very helpful and we got quick answers on our questions.

The apartment is located in the city center of Palma which is great if you're exploring the city. Its many terraces (3!) offer a great view over the city and offer great sunset views (especially the rooftop terrace!). The apartment was as advertised,see more

Its many terraces (3!) offer a great view over the city and offer great sunset views (especially the rooftop terrace!). The apartment was as advertised, clean and good price/quality :) Communication with the host was through WhatsApp which was very convenient. After filling in a form we were provided with the access code for the door. The host provided us with a list of different addresses (restaurants, supermarkets, bars, ...) and was always very friendly. We personally had no issue with noise (maybe because it's more out of season), but some noise is to be expected when you're in the city center. As mentioned by the host there are quite some stairs to access the 4th-floor apartment - but this was never an issue for us. Tip: rent a scooter to do a day of beach-hopping, we just paid 25EUR for 1 full day.

Es un 4 sin ascensor ,, es un edificio muy bonito con unas terrazas espectaculares , pero hay que ir entrenado , personas con sobre peso o alguna lesión , se les puede hacer pesado la subida

Sie könnten die Lampen überprüfen und ggf. neue Glühbirnen in der Küche (beim Herd) und am Schrank im Durchgang bei den Schlafzimmern einsetzen. Die funktionierenden Lampen waren für unser Empfinden wenig gemütlich, da sie zum Teil ein sehr kaltes Lisee more

Bei den Duschen könnten Sie mit wenig Aufwand den Eindruck deutlich verbessern: Erneuerung der Silikon-Fugen und Duschkopf-Halterung. Die telefonische Zusage, dass wir für die Online-Buchung, die zunächst nicht funktioniert hatte, einen separaten Link erhalten, haben wir übrigens nicht erhalten. Die Buchung haben wir daher einen Tag später nochmal neu gemacht. |

Wir haben das Appartment in Palma für eine Woche gemietet und hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Abwicklung, Kommunikation und Check-In waren unkompliziert, freundlich und reibungslos. Die Gastgeber waren bemüht dass alles gut klappt und haben sich nochmals nach der Funktionsfähigkeit des WLans erkundigt. Das hat problemlos funktioniert. Es ist alles vorhanden an Bettwäsche und Handtüchern, auch zum Wechseln. Die Küche ist zweckdienlich eingerichtet. Empfehlen würde ich das Apartment für die Sommermonate, da es zwei Terrassen und eine spektakuläre Dachterrasse hat. Diese konnten wir aufgrund des eher schlechten Wetters nicht nutzen. Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock mit steilen, engen Treppen und ist deshalb nicht für Leute zu empfehlen die schlecht laufen können. Auch innerhalb der Wohnung befinden sich so einige Treppen und Stufen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich sehr gut, man findet tolle Lokale in der Nähe und ist zu Fuß in kurzer Zeit im Zentrum. Für die zentrale Lage ist die Wohnung erstaunlich ruhig, auch nachts. Insgesamt ein positives Erlebnis.

Attic Apartment (with tourist license number TI / 170) in a building located in the centre of Palma with three terraces; Perfectly located in a lively area in the old town but with the tranquility of being a street with hardly any traffic, it has spectacular views of the entire city from its highest terrace.
This is a duplex, on the main floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a dining room with a table and 6 chairs plus a sofa bed. It also has a balcony on this level with outdoor table and chairs.
Accessing by the spiral staircase, you will reach two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) plus a bathroom with a shower. They will also have access to the second furnished terrace and through which an external staircase leads to the highest terrace, from where they can enjoy wonderful views of the city, some of its spectacular historic buildings and the sea.
The only small drawback of this apartment is that it is located on the 4th floor, a small effort will be required to take you to a unique place in the city (VERY IMPORTANT NO LIFT!).
It is located in the heart of the fashionable neighbourhood of Sa Gerreria in Palma, a neighbourhood with a lot of essence with all kinds of bars, restaurants, shops and urban art. You don't have to worry about noise or anything similar, as it is located in the penthouse and on a very quiet street, you can rest from the murmur generated by the cities and at the same time have all the amenities at your fingertips. Located 250 metres from Plaça de Cort and Plaça Major and only 800 metres from Plaça d'Espanya where most public transport is centralised (Sóller Train, Airport Bus, Buses to all destinations on the island).
Rules:
-Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, you can smoke on any of the terraces always being careful with the cigarette butts.
-Please keep the order and cleanliness inside the apartment.
-Please respect the community areas: stairs and corridors, keeping them clean and passing through them in silence.
ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED! In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or annoying behaviour by any member of your group, the owner has the right to evict the customer and all guests from the apartment regardless of whether it is day or night and without refunding the amount already paid for the reservation, and also keeping the deposit.
Booking Conditions:
A deposit of €250 will be held during your stay.
"Covid-free": This accommodation follows all professional cleaning and prevention protocols to make your stay as comfortable and safe as possible; The entire establishment is private and you will not have direct contact with any person throughout your stay, as it does not have common areas.
Note: The apartment is located in a residents-only area. For access to the property by car, it is essential to request an ACIRE circulation permit. We will provide you with the instructions when you make the reservation.
