Su ubicación frente al mar, en primera linea para ver bien el mar desde la terraza amplia y cruzar facilmente las vias del tranvia y llegar a la playa.
Por otro lado, que la casa tenga 2 baños uno con ducha, ayuda si vas con persona mayor.
