Great appartment in Calafell

Situation is good not too far from beach and all services and not too far from Calafell castle.
Supermarket is 2 minutes away.
Appartment is ont the 5th floor with no people living above.
Private terrasse on the 6th floor is huge and well equippedsee more

Supermarket is 2 minutes away. Appartment is ont the 5th floor with no people living above. Private terrasse on the 6th floor is huge and well equipped (barbecue, water, electricity…) but it was unfortunately too hot this summer to be used. A balcony next to the living room to take your breakfast in the morning. 2 bathrooms Car parking is perfect Swimming pools are big and not too crowded. Accommodation is very good. You have even a trolley to bring back your shopping in mercadona and a beach umbrella to go to the beach. |

AC is working very well but due to the position of the machines and the bedrooms, the parental bedroom is a little hot while the other bedrooms are much colder.

Appartement superbe, très propre, très bien situé avec une grande piscine, une grande terrasse, proche de tous les commerces et de la mer. On peut tout faire à pied. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Merci à Beach Front Apartment pour leur gentillesse et leur accueil, ils sont très arrangeants.

Description
Located on the fifth floor and with lift, this penthouse has 3 double bedrooms, all of them exterior and with views.
The living-dining room, with a modern feel, also has access to a private balcony with views of the community swimming pool area. Extraordinarily, on the sixth floor (which can also be accessed by lift) there is a large terrace of 100m2 totally private, furnished and with an awning to protect from the sun from where you can enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the sea and the town.
This flat also has a parking space in the underground parking of the building.

For stays longer than 28 nights, expenses (electricity, water, gas) are not included in the price.
1. To guarantee compliance with current regulations on citizen security, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, and may request the image of their ID and/or selfie from the tourist. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. For these purposes, the necessary measures will be adopted to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.
2 . DISPOSAL OF MANDATORY GARBAGE Upon leaving the house, if leftovers of food/drinks or any other type of waste are left, a penalty of €200 will be charged from the deposit.
3. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Any damage caused to the furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
4. Tourist tax 1.10eur per person, maximum 7 days, applies to people over 16 years of age. (Law 5/2012, of March 20 of the Parliament of Catalonia)
5. Passport or travel document details will be required from all guests upon arrival.
6. The deposit will be blocked on the credit card at the time of delivery of the keys and will be released 7 days after departure if the house has not suffered any damage)
7. For long stays of more than 28 days, supply costs are not included.
8. Key collection: c/ Vilamar 88A, Calafell, Beach Front Apartment Agency. Arrivals after 21:00h. and Check-ins that end after 21:00h will have a supplement of €50.
